WonderChoice updates 24 February 2022

More updates on these last weeks :

But before, I want to thanks the DEPP team to help me on the debug 😀.

Bugs fix

• When the text-Toolbar was on the top toolbar, the active class of a button made some superpositions, it is fixed. The text-Toolbar is always on top
• For Firefox user, the spaces were disappearing while the user was entering some texte. It is fixed
• The bold/italic/underline checkboxes in the parameter panel for “choice-label” tab are now functional. They duplicate the functionalities of the text-toolbar.
• In the parameter panel, the first and default tab was not active. It is now !
• The free redimension of the canvas was not updating the grid. This is fixed!
• The canvas once modified can now retreive the max dimension
• A linked FreeText (to a choice) was not following anymore its group if the H or V key was pressed for reoganizing automatically vertical or horizontal display -> fixed.
• Deleting a linked choice deleted all linked choice -> fixed.
• Better adjusment for limited answer and feedback
• Keep Choice scaling modification from item package when recovering a package
• Same for Choice Rotation keeping rotation value when recovering a package
• Card Item – Zoom out is not displayed anymore if zoom in is not active
• Card Item – Preview button has been deleted (not used here)
• The line (freeshape) was not working after recovering it from the package

New features

1. It is now possible to activate the reading aloud function in the item preview.
2. A slider is on the canvas to adjust the contrast of the grid. On some display, the default contrast was not enough.
3. The item cards in the package list are now draggable, the user will be able to reorder the item package. It announces the future “build test” functionality (soon)
4. Just click on an image to show the transformer box. The image manipulation is much more easy this way (thank you to DEPP reviewer!)
5. Pre-sets are now available to dimension the canvas for mobile and tablet, horizontally and vertically
6. You can choose now the background-color of the canvas
7. Changing the scale of the input box independently is possible, you can adjust now the input box and the test size as you want
8. Dedicated layer for Background image to avoid manipulation problem with big image (go to parameter>canvas to add a background image)
9. Simulation of the test header and test footer to help the item conceptor to organize the item presentation
